1. You dont have a set eating schedule.
2. You starve yourself & then eat way to much.
3. You eat to fast.
4. Not enough protein.
5. You do activities while eating ex: watching TV.
6. You eat too late at night.
7. You may be eating 3 BIG meals rather that 6 small ones.
