MMMMM mmm GOOD !!

Preparation

In large saucepan, heat 1 tbsp (15 mL) of the oil over medium-high heat; saut?nion, garlic, oregano, hot pepper flakes and salt until onion is softened, about 4 minutes.

Add tomato paste; fry for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, chickpeas and paprika; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thick enough that space remains after spoon is dragged through, about 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, in skillet, heat remaining oil over medium-high heat; saut?pinach until wilted, about 3 minutes. Stir into chickpea mixture. Additional information : Variation
Tomato Spinach Chickpea Simmer with Tilapia: Place 4 tilapia fillets (1-1/2 lb/750 g) on foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tbsp (15 mL) each lemon juice and extra-virgin olive oil; sprinkle with 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper. Broil until fish is golden and flakes easily when tested, about 7 minutes. Serve with chickpea mixture.

Hate working out ?

I think most people do ....

My plan on helping woman get over feeling BLAH about working out is simple really I just make all my classes the BEST they can be to get YOU to look forward to working out every week !!

Its gotta be FUN & DIFFERENT EVERY TIME, You have to see RESULTS FAST & Learn something too.

I have combined one of the the things I love most in the world ...... DANCING with my drive to STAY FIT to create this total body fun exciting intense workout program that WILL get you results FAST !!

You are worth it !

I hear all the time from women when I tell them what I do ......." OMG I really should do that , I have got to start working out again , That sounds so fun , I really do need to do something for myself, I want to get rid of this baby weight once and for all " .......

SO I SAY ..... MAKE IT HAPPEN !

I takes a little planning and it may be a bit of a sacrifice BUT .... YOU are so worth it !!

Get some friends together and share a sitter for the kids ~ Let the hubby go golfing if he will watch the kids ~ Get up a bit earlier on a Saturday or a Sunday ( it will be worth it ) , Car pool ......

Whatever it takes, You deserve to feel good about yourself, You deserve to have time to yourself, You deserve to be fit & healthy !!

YOU DESERVE TO HAVE THE ENERGY & BODY YOU DREAM OF :)
